BHNS maintains a high teacher to child ratio, with a Head Teacher and Teacher Intern in most classes, and an Assistant Teacher and Student Teachers in many classes. Our teachers are both experienced and dedicated. Most Head Teachers have Bachelor's Degrees; many have Master's Degrees in Early Childhood Education; each brings unique skills and talents. We support our teachers' continued professional development to the fullest extent possible - and enjoy an outstanding record in retaining our staff.
